
REFUND POLICY
At RealTex MBC, we are committed to providing high-quality medical billing and credentialing services. Due to the nature of our work, we invest significant time and resources into each client engagement. Therefore, our refund policy is as follows:

Billing Services
Payments made for billing services are non-refundable once work has begun. We strive to provide accurate and timely services, and any concerns regarding performance should be communicated promptly so we can address them. If a service issue arises, we will work with you in good faith to resolve it through service credits or additional support when appropriate.
Credentialing Services
All fees for credentialing services are non-refundable, as substantial work and submission efforts begin immediately upon engagement. Refunds will only be considered in extraordinary circumstances and must be mutually agreed upon by both parties in writing. This includes situations such as duplicate payments or services that have not yet commenced.

Dispute Protection
To protect our clients and company from misunderstandings:

Clients will receive documentation of completed work and updates throughout the engagement.

All service expectations are outlined in writing prior to starting work.

Disputes or concerns must be raised within 10 business days of the issue arising to allow timely resolution.

Chargebacks initiated without prior communication and opportunity to resolve may be considered a breach of service terms.
